area while your home is on the
market and keep you informed along
the way.

PREPARATION:
I will provide you with useful ideas
on getting your
home for market so it will stand out above the competition
and show its very best. I will also
advise you if I feel there are any
beneficial improvements or repairs
that you should make.

YARD
SIGN: I will
place a high
impact RE/MAX Yard Sign on your
property that is designed to stand
out from the crowd of competing
homes in your neighborhood.
Remember, yard signs don't sell
homes - Realtors Do! I will
also post directional arrows (where
allowed) guiding prospective
purchasers to your property.

LOCKBOX ACCESS:
I will place an
electronically monitored lockbox on
your property (upon your approval) for easy Realtor
access so the property can be shown
when you are not home. The
lockbox will increase your showings
and will provide us with the date
and time your home was shown, along
with the name of the Realtor that
showed the property.

I will take color photos
with my digital camera for use on
